Par Opel Commodore B Balts MCG 1:18
TL;DR: Šis MCG 1:18 diecast modelis atveido 1972. gada Opel Commodore B baltā krāsā — vācu vidējās klases kupejas versiju, kas septiņdesmitajos gados piedāvāja sešcilindru dzinēja spēku elegantā, divdurvju virsbūvē.
Commodore B bija Opel atbilde uz laikmetu, kad vācu vidējās klases automašīnas sāka apvienot ģimenes praktiskumu ar sportiskāku, sešcilindru dzinēju piedāvājumu kupejas virsbūvē.
MCG detalizācija Opel Commodore B kupejas modelī
MCG šajā modelī atveido Commodore B raksturīgo, garenu kupejas siluetu ar zemāku jumta līniju salīdzinājumā ar sedana versiju, un platāku, horizontālu priekšējo masku, kas tā laika Opel dizainam bija raksturīga. Baltā krāsa ir vienmērīgi uzklāta, labi izceļot virsbūves gludās plaknes un hroma apmales tiešā apgaismojumā. Diecast konstrukcija dod modelim ievērojamu svaru, un priekšējās lukturu un radiatora restes detaļas ir salasāmas tuvplānā, saglabājot laikmetam raksturīgo, taisnstūrveida dizaina valodu. Kupejas virsbūves proporcijas ir īpaši svarīgas šajā modelī, jo tās skaidri atšķir Commodore no ģenēriska sedana siluetu.
Opel Commodore B vieta vācu klasikas kolekcijā
Commodore B pārstāvēja laiku, kad vācu ražotāji piedāvāja plašu motoru un aprīkojuma klāstu vienā virsbūves platformā, no praktiskiem ģimenes variantiem līdz sportiskākām GS/E versijām ar degvielas iesmidzināšanas sešcilindru dzinēju. Kolekcijā šis modelis der labi kā tēmiskais gabals septiņdesmito gadu vācu vidējās klases sērijā, un tā kupejas virsbūve piedāvā kontrastu blakus laikmetam raksturīgākiem sedaniem. Baltijas kolekcionāriem, kuri interesējas par Eiropas septiņdesmito gadu autobūvi, šis modelis piedāvā mazāk izplatītu, bet vēsturiski interesantu vācu zīmola pārstāvi.
